Refunds and Exchanges:

We offer refunds and exchanges for all unopened products within 14 days of purchase. Opened products may be exchanged for store credit with a 20% restocking fee. All returned products must be in like-new condition and with all original packaging and documentation.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

Exchanges:

Exchanges will be processed as a new purchase. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Exceptions:

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products that have been used or damaged. Products that have been opened or tampered with. Products that are not in their original packaging.
Products that are purchased on sale or clearance.
