Refunds and Exchanges:

We offer refunds and exchanges for only unopened products within 2 days of purchase.  All returned products must be in like-new condition and with all original packaging and documentation. Shipping charges both sides will be paid by customer

Refunds:

Refunds may take up to 15- 20 business days to process. Refunds are intiated only for those cases in which wrong item is sent. In case of any product issue or warranty claim required then customer can seek help from our support or brand service center.

Exchanges:

Exchanges will be processed as a new purchase. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Exceptions:

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products that have been used or damaged. Products that have been opened or tampered with. Products that are not in their original packaging.
Products that are purchased on sale or clearance.
